By accessing or using the Founder Readiness Diagnostic website, diagnostic tools, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

The Founder Readiness Diagnostic provides self-assessment tools designed to help individuals evaluate their readiness to start or grow a business. The Service includes free diagnostic questionnaires, score reports, founder type classifications, and optional paid products including the Pro Diagnostic Report and Founder Lab Membership.

Not Professional Advice

User Accounts & Eligibility

To access certain features, you may need to provide an email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service and to make purchases. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the diagnostic algorithms or scoring logic
• Share, sell, or redistribute Pro Diagnostic Reports or other paid content without authorization
• Submit false or misleading information in diagnostic responses
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service

Payments & Refunds

All purchases of Pro Diagnostic Reports, Founder Lab Memberships, and other paid products are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

Pro Diagnostic Reports: Due to the immediate digital delivery of personalized reports, all sales are final. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your report, contact us within 7 days for assistance.

Founder Lab Membership: You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused portions of the billing period.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, diagnostic questions, scoring algorithms, founder type classifications, and materials on the Service are the intellectual property of Founder Readiness Diagnostic and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that diagnostic results will lead to business success. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Founder Readiness Diagnostic and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
